In order to be in line with the (BACP’s) ethical complaint’s procedure data will be kept for a minimum of six years. Once this period has elapse, we securely delete the data.

Young persons 16 and older are able to give their own consent for therapy. Those less than 16 may do so if they are mature and understand enough. (Judged to be “Gillick competent,”)
A parent or legal guardian’s consent is required if such maturity is not established.
